“Dina was so lovely and friendly! She was very hospitable and did not fail to reassure us to let her know if we needed anything at all. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable - not even hotels are that clean! There was not a single spec of dust and you could tell that this business cleans everything thoroughly. Highly recommend over a hotel💯”

“The hotel was hosting a large group of young lacrosse players attending a tournament in the city, and unfortunately the behaviour throughout the property was completely out of control. Children were running up and down the hallways unrestrained late into the evening and early in the morning. At one point, nets were actually set up in the second-floor hallway and a lacrosse game was taking place indoors. It was unbelievable that this was allowed to continue without intervention from hotel...

“Great host, Rose cares about her guests you can tell that right away. The room we stayed in was beautiful, the cleanest I think I’ve ever stayed in and it was fully stocked with soaps, coffee & even makeup wipes for my wife. Rose accommodated dietary restrictions for our breakfast no problem. The perfect place to stay for couples visiting Port Hope and looking for something a bit more special than a hotel. Summertime would be even better. ”

“Suite was homely and cozy, downtown Peterborough is fairly accessible by car, and convenience store right down the road. The property has a beautiful garden visible from the patio with lots of birds visiting for those into birdwatching. Host was knowledgeable about attractions in the area, recommending multiple places for us to visit.”

“The Kent Inn is a good choice if you’re just looking for a decent place to sleep. The rooms are clean and large; a desk, fridge microwave and even a table & chairs are provided. The location is great for access to things you need with ample parking available. The Kent Inn really needs a makeover with some new, modern light fixtures, fresh tiles in the bathrooms. In dire need of a refresh. A completely acceptable place to stay if you’re not looking for modern decor and want to save a few bucks.”

“No shops near by and no spa either very small and basic I found the room crowded and the service was terrible ”
